These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the master resell rights and/or private label rights of your digital product provided by Success Mastery Vault ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Product. It is your responsibility to educate yourself with the conditions set below for your Master Resell Right Product and/or your Private Label Right product.

Grant Of License:

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and sell the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.This license is limited to the duration of your ownership of the master resell rights or private label rights to the Product.

Intellectual Property:

The Product, including but not limited to its content, design, logos, trademarks, and any associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Success Mastery Method or its licensors. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Product, except for the master resell rights granted under this Agreement.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies you may have.Amendments:We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sucess Mastery Method regarding the use of the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.

Private Label Rights License Agreement

This Commercial License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Success Mastery Vault ("Licensor") and the customer (name only) who made the purchase on the Success Mastery Vault website ("Licensee"). This Agreement is effective as of the purchase date of your products.

1. Grant of License:

Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and resell the digital products acquired from Licensor in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensee is permitted to resell the products to their customers with Private Label Rights

2. Permitted Uses:

Licensee is permitted to:

Use the Products for personal or business purposes.
Modify the Products for their specific needs.
Resell the Products to others for their personal use
Modify, reproduce, or distribute the products.

3. Restrictions:

May not pass on the resell rights to the digital products
Use the Products for any unlawful or unethical purposes.
Apply for trademark or copyright.

4. Ownership and Copyright:

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Products, including any intellectual property rights, shall remain the property of Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership or copyright rights to Licensee.

5. Termination:

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use and sale of the Products.

6. Warranty and Liability:

Licensor provides no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Products. Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Licensor is located.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

9. Acceptance:

By using the Products, Licensee accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Business Risks:

Engaging in any business, including the sale of the Product, involves inherent risks.
